1.海运空运 销售 业务员 （如有多年经验，可转为KEY ACCOUNT SALES) 岗位职责:1.销售以空运海运,进出口服务产品为主的货运服务;2.维护现有客户关系,开发国内出口以及进口等业务;3.为客户提供优质服务 ;4.上级安排的其他与本职工作相关的事务5.如能用英文邮件沟通优先考虑 任职要求：1.男女不限，能吃苦耐劳，具有很强的责任心。2.具备良好的沟通交流能力，国际贸易知识，货代相关航线和港口知识。有货代销售经验，有固定客户者，欧美客户资源优先。（如有多年经验，可转为KEY ACCOUNTSALES)3.客户服务意识和团队合作精神。4.喜欢从事销售工作，对工作主动积极,勇于挑战高薪；5.大学英语 4 级以上，能简单口语交流6.具有良好的市场开拓、公关能力；性格开朗大方，思维敏捷，具备良好的沟通能力、执行能力。 待遇： 底薪+高提成. 是您展示才华的好平台 JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Sales of air and ocean service for export andimport transportation2. Maintain good relationship with existingcustomer, develop new export and import business3. Good interpersonal skill, rich knowledge of international trading terms, shipping route and seaports/airports. With years of experience and existing customers (Esp. USA/European customer) will be preferred. 3. Good service awareness and team spirit 4. Love to be a sales, proactive, dare to challenge high salary.5. 2.CUSTOMER SERVICE客服岗位职责：1.主要负责海运/空运操作，即处理好客户货物进出口整个操作过程，包括订舱，拖车，报关，制作提单，收付款，代理文件，货物跟踪等。熟悉美国操作优先2.配合业务的工作需要，为客户提供相关的咨询以及保持与客户良好的合作关系。3.配合财务部的工作需要，处理所有费用明细的计费，并协助处理好应收应付的款项。4.配合公司其它部门的需要，保持整个公司的正常运转。 岗位要求：1、至少3年以上国际海运/空运操作工作经验，熟悉操作所有的工作流程，熟悉美线市场操作优先。2、聪明踏实，正直诚实，认真细致，较好的人际交沟通能力，及良好的服务意识，上进心强。3、英文四级以上。能用EMAIL 与国外代理沟通。 JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Familiar with ocean/air export operation,especially for USA operation, including booking, trucking,customs, issue B/Land other documents needed.2. Work with sales to answer the inquiries fromcustomer and keep good relation with the customer. 3. Work with financial dept to confirm allcharges with customer and issue invoice,D/N timely and ensure timely payment4.other works as per company’s managing instruction. Position Requirement7. At least 3 years experience in ocean/air exportoperation, familiar with operation process,especially for USA line.8. Smart, quick mind, careful, good interpersonalskill, detailed oriented, close follow-up 9. CET 4 or above, can write and read English emailto coordinate with overseas agents.
3.OPERATION 操作（可以英语一般，但是必须有相关操作经验，分海运，进口，空运等） 职位描述：1. 负责接受客户委托，安排订舱、派车、送货全程运输事宜。2. 确保报关文件齐备并及时寄付报关行。3. 配合客服及时，负责地与客户、船东，车队的报关行进行沟通。 职位要求：有海运操作2年以上实务经验， 能用简单英语邮件沟通。 可按经验分配海运，空运，进口工作。
4.DOCUMENT 单证（可以招新人或者大学应届毕业生）职位描述:1、制作海/空运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；2、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；3、单证及文件的整理及归档等；任职资格:1、专科及以上学历，商务英语、进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；2、0-1年以上船务相关领域业务操作经验；3、熟悉海/空运操作，具备单证、报关、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；4、会简单的英文读写，电脑操作熟练；5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。6、无经验者或应届毕业生也可。
